Baltic Basketball League continued with 5 games of the 3rd round. The most shocking result comes from Kedainiai where local Nevezis lost to TYCO Rapla 70:71 after buzzer-beating three-pointer by Ernestas Ezerskis(192-PG-87). This was the first time in five years, Nevezis has lost at home to Estonian team in BBL. The 11th season of the Baltic Basketball League has started with first eight games. Perhaps the biggest surprise was the huge 89:67 win of Lietkabelis against back-to-back finalists Prienai.
