TU/Rock made another step towards a massive upset in Estonian championships finals, defeating BC Kalev/Cramo 77:61 in an away game and took 3:1 lead in the best-of-seven series. TU/Rock, counted by public as a firm underdog in the final, never trailed in game 4, led as much as by 26 in 2nd qrt, can now end the series on Friday at home. TU/Rock outscored BC Kalev/Cramo 16:4 in the last 2:30 and won Game 3 of the finals 77:66. It's now 2:1 to Tartu who had lost 19 consecutive final games to BC Kalev/Cramo since 2009 until recent back-to-back wins. TU/Rock had lost 19 games in a row against BC Kalev/Cramo in the final series of Estonian championships. In Game 2, they finally broke the curse, defeated the archrivals 68:61 at home and evened the best-of-seven series at one game apiece.
