AVIS Rapla took the maximum from the Alexela KML play-offs, winning the bronze medals behind two giants, TURock and Kalev/Cramo. Rapla took the bronze for the second year in a row, beating TLU/Kalev 79:76 in game 4. Maurice Kemp (203-F-91, college: E.Carolina) made an insane performance, scoring 34 points. Thomas van der Mars added 18 and Martin Paasoja (191-SG-93) 10 points, including a crucial three-pointer and another basket with less than two minutes to go to take his team up by five. [read more]

BC Kalev/Cramo started the finals with a huge 97:81 win against archrivals and last year's champions TU/Rock to stay undefeated this season. Kalev dominated rebounds 37:24 (offensive rbs 11:3) and made 14 three-pointers on the way to the victory.
