Hello world. sorry its been a while, its been a long, long, long off season. From being in London for the Olympics to trying to be patience waiting to sign somewhere overseas. My time has come and i have signed here in Egypt, playing for Heliopolis Sporting Club in Cairo. Meet my teammates and everyone here is great, the team is taking care of me and my teammates and i are getting ready to set our goals high and have a good season. The higher your goals the more goals you achieve. It's a great feeling knowing where your playing and just focusing on the season. Now its time to get into that focus mode, dedication + hard work and lead from the front.

Till next time, God Bless and stay safe where ever are you. Allot more blogs coming to stay in touch with everybody, with results and status of our position in the league and other details about basketball here in Egypt.

Hard work beats Talent, if Talent doesn't work hard.

We are currently through to the next round, which will start next year, ending of Jan/Feb time [read more]

Make it pro- Aug.26, 2012  (by Eurobasket Center)

I am optimistic about the new management I spoke to one of the board members today and discussed some issues with him about import players and setting some rules for the kind of players that clubs bring down here for example there must be minimum salary and experience in order to control the clubs not letting them register any one from any where just to fill the space also I proposed that we have 2 [read more]
