Hello Montenegro! Whats been up Eurobasket!?! Well let me start this blog off by saying God is good all the time and what another blessed opportunity he has gave me to share some of my experiences here in Rozaje.

Thank God that the preseason training & friendly games are finally in the bag and the season is just a week away and man are we super excited to open the season up on Oct. 20th against Teodo Tivat a good solid ball club that also competes in the Balkan League, but were looking to steal this one on the road and head back to the city of Rozaje 1-0. Since my first interview with Eurobasket Ive picked up on a few things like the language and how things are done in this city, I remember when I first got here I couldnt understand anything now during practice and out in public, I kind of understand a few things. I can speak a few words here & their on my own not quite fluent as I want it to be but its getting better. Its so funny because in practice now Im always mimicking the coach and players on how the way they talk and act and everybody just starts dying laughing every time and its the same for me they will mimic the way I talk and act as well just that alone brings us closer together as a unit, its nothing like working hard everyday and having a good time while doing so with the ones you will be going to war with this season thats what you call FAMILY! Every now and then on the weekends I spend my time in Serbia at my teammates house since were right on the boarder it only take a hour 30min. so its worth it, his family welcomes me with arms wide open, I also got a chance to catch my first ever European soccer game Novi Pazar vs. Donji Srem. Man that was a great experience for me never really was a soccer fan but after watching it live you should see me now Im all into it like its the NBA playoffs and by the way (Novi Pazar) won 2-0 I think Im a fan now hahaha! Before I go I want to send a s/o to my guys Srdjan Premovic & Goran Premovic with Europe Basketball Academy for the advice and guidance that they provide me with.

Here are 6 interesting facts for my fan that I think they should know about.

1.) My favorite (NBA) team is the Lakers my favorite player of course is Kobe Bryant! because hes a winner with a killers mind set and has the heart of the biggest Lion. 2.) My favorite (NFL) team is the Philadelphia Eagles but a big S/O to my home team Houston Texans! I think they will probably make the super bawl this year. 3.) I love playing NBA2k on Xbox two teams a play with are Lakers & OKC if you think you got game holla at me. 4.) The artists I jam to be every game are. Rick Ross, Lil Wayne, Gucci Mann, Yo Gotti and Allstar aka #StarLito. 5.) Since Im overseas alone I spend my down time on Youtube and social networks like Facebook and Twitter you can follow me on twitter @The_Real_Brob to find out more inside stuff that goes on in my world. 6.)My favorite food is seafood Im like Forrest Forrest Gump! when it comes to my shrimp because you can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it. Dey's uh, shrimp-kabobs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich. That- that's about it. LOL!!!

One last thing I want the fans to know is that in Rozaje! we #GrindHard everyday #TeamIBAR

Home Sweat Home- Dec.17, 2012  (by Eurobasket Center)

It's winter here in Rozaje the northern part of Montenegro is very cold, ICE cold if you ask me, especially being born and raised in the southern part of Texas. It sometimes snows non-stop but it's a very beautiful site to see when the tallest trees and mountains are covered in thick snow while the river water streams are slowly flowing [read more]
