MVP- Hands down Lebron James (Heat) , what a year and absolutely the most complete basketball player in the world. Most improved , i gotta go with Seth Curry (Warriors) , he now is growing into perhaps the best shooter in the game. 6th man award hands down J.R. MVP- Hands down Lebron James (Heat) , what a year and absolutely the most complete basketball player in the world. Most improved , i gotta go with Seth Curry (Warriors) , he now is growing into perhaps the best shooter in the game. 6th man award hands down J.R. Smith (Knicks) unbelievable year, just solid since day one. Defensive player of the year was tough but i will go with Marc Gasol (Grizzles)tough and physical player. That leaves my favorite pick left Coach of the year , Mark Jackson (Warriors), taking the youngest team in the league to the 6th seed in the western conference must be respected. That leaves my ABL picks , for fans to know. Well here it goes, MVP Shawn Ray (vienna) unbelievable year considering all the options on that team has filled up the role completely. Most Improved Mike Dale (Graz) in coming into his first year after a layoff , he absolutely lived up to all expectations. Defensive Player of the year MOMO Lanegger (Dukes) just does it all and is just a complete guard . 6th man award gotta go with the veteran Deteri Mayes (Bulls) still has the best mid range game in Austria. Last but not least My Coach of the year in the ABL is Werner Sallomon (Dukes) through all the mist of injuries and pressure to repeat. I know about that pressure , he has put his Dukes in a great position to repeat as champions. There you go , its done. To all my AM Campers , July 7th-13th . I am looking forward to seeing you all there. Coach A

Nba news from some very close sources of mine there is a wave of rumors which could affect some teams and there future. Here are some. 1st Sacramento will indeed keep its team in the league. A new plan is being put together for a new arena. Congrads to my colleage Mayor Kevin Johnson , job well done. My thoughts and prayers go out out to my coach Rick Adeleman of the Timberwolves as his wife battles health issues. Want to say my home state of Louisiana , congrads to the New Orleans Hornets for a hard fought and battling through this tough year. Also the change of the logo to the Pelicans. Good Luck to my Pelican State. Now here in Austria, Vienna remains on top and Kloburg, and Kapfenberg are close. Tough to pick a winner this season for there seems to be no club who wants to take the league over. Some will say balance in the league but i don"t believe its balance its a matter of runs. The team who finds it will eventually take it over. Stay tune for my next Blog for i will go 1 on 1 with one of Austria's elite players! Stay tune!!

Hello Basketball fans, this is Coach A coming to you from Salzburg, Austria. Alot has happen in this past year but the most important things are occuring daily in our basketball sport. I am currently looking at players across the world where the basketball world is very small. A lot of news in the NBA with injuries and what not but the one fact that remains is San Antonio just keeps on winning no matter what obstacles are in there way. The Knicks are playing a high level as well as the Thunder and Clippers. Here in Austria in the ABL , it seems as though BC Vienna is solid enough to remain on top of the table. There are contenders in the Dukes but injuries are growing over there. This season is really a funny one because all teams are capable of winning on any given Saturday!! Coach A is preparing for the summer and of course basketball hoopers that means the AM Basketball camp. Check aaronmitchellbasketballcamp.at for details!! Coach A
