Team Chemistry - Feb 13, 2012

The team chemistry on our team is the best that I have witness. I believe that one of the main reasons that we play so well together is because of our team chemistry off the court. We have gel together so well and it started from the first day we met. Everyone was very helpful for one another since day one. We all are similar in certain ways we just come from different places in the world. You would think that we have known each other longer that what we have. We all tell jokes on one another and no one gets offensive and that's the things I like. It is more fun when you can play basketball and build friendships at the same time. Our off the court chemistry is what helps us play well together on the court and it shows when teams play us. If you was to watch our team play you never see just one or two guys taking all the shots. We play as a team and share the ball very well. As a team we work hard to get easy shots for another player. Whether it's setting a good screen or our big men running the floor to get our guards a good shot. Nobody on our team would get jealous if another player score a 20 or 30 point game because we know every game somebody else is going to have a high scoring game. As long we get the win that's the most important thing to our team. There's no jealousy or hate on our team we are all playing for the same reason and that is to win a championship. From the foreigners to the Slovaks on our team we all have our goals set on winning and getting better everyday. Everyone on our team has personal and team goals and we are all working hard to achieve our goals. At the end of the day it's all about our team getting better. We don't focus on what other team's are going through and the changes they make. I am happy to be on this team this year and I believe something special is going to happen for our team and this organization at the end of the season.

One Journey Ends/ Another One Begins- Apr.30, 2012  (by Eurobasket Center)

Hello World the time has come, the season is finished. From my first blog, it was all about progression and that is what I feel we have done. This was by far the most rewarding season, I've experienced as a player. So much room to make excuses but still we don't allow ourselves to make one. In the beginning of the season no one thought we would be in the finals but we made it there. It was fun I enjoyed every minute of the competition [read more]
Final Round- Apr.13, 2012  (by Eurobasket Center)

It's been a long great season and this is the part where every team wants to be at the end. Only two teams has made it this far and it comes down on who wants it more. We are going up against the #1 seed in our league. They are a great team and has been playing very well these past few months. They are very deep and have a lot of players who can put up numbers. This series is going to be based on who plays the better defense [read more]
FINALS!!!!!!!!- Apr.12, 2012  (by Eurobasket Center)

Hello world, long time no hear from. In my last blog the journey was just beginning the playoffs where just starting and the team and myself were eager to play. Thus far the playoffs have been interesting, yet very competitive. Although we swept the first two rounds 3-0 the games were competitive. All teams are fighting hard and feel the pressures of the playoffs. Prievidza is the team we will meet in the finals [read more]
