Back at this EuroBasket blog after a long great Christmas and New Years break! Since being back it's been nothing but business as usual, we one our first game of 2012 in OT. As I watched from the bench after picking up my 5th foul early in the 4th. Tomorrow we play another difficult match against a good friend of mine from LA Jahsha Bluntt (198-G-84, agency: David Lee services, college: Delaware St.) he's leading the league in scoring right now and they have a solid team. I am hoping we can get the win and continue our stay on top of the league with a 2 game advantage, won't be easy but I love a challange!!

I want talk about guys who DESERVE a shot overseas! Carlos Singer who is he? 6'1' 175lbs with a 40 inch vert. deadly on from 3! Guy deserves a shot, but you don't have to take my word for it. Ask anybody that has seen him over the summer at the Jamal Crawford (196-G-80, college: Michigan) Summer League. His nickname should probably be buckets, competing against the likes of NBA players and pros. In a summer league where Nate Robinson (175-PG-84, college: Washington), Jamal Crawford, Chester Simmons (198-G-82, agency: Z.A.G. - Law Offices, college: Washington), Alvin Snow (188-G-81, college: E.Washington), Micah Downs (203-G-86, agency: Priority Sports, college: Gonzaga) myself and many others compete in. Carlos was 1st team all Jamal Crawford summer league and MVP of the Championship game. Carlos Singer deserves a shot, if I am the GM of a team in Europe and the team is struggling what would I have to lose? If anyone is interested in carlos singer ( lososway.cs@gmail.com).
Here's a summer league game where he drop 32pts 11ast 5 reb http://blip.tv/carlossinger01/jamal-crawford-pro-am-7-9-2011-mavs-vs-sonics-5483023 vs University of Washington phenom Tony Wroten (195-G-93) and Gonzaga graduate and pro Micah Downs. (Carlos is in the black jersey wearing #1)

Tough Days....- Dec.11, 2012  (by Eurobasket Center)

It's been a while since I last wrote a blog. Pardon me I have been on some other stuff. But I'm back and around my way it's been a tough few weeks. 1-4 in our last five games dealing with more injuries and this French weather is no joke. Talk about highs and lows to start the season 6-0 and life is smooth then to go 1-4 your next 5 and seems like the world is crashing down. For me I know the season is long and you can't get to high or to low [read more]
Off to a good start!!- Oct.29, 2012  (by Eurobasket Center)

Just a quick update on how the season is going. After the first month we a sitting at 5-0 and still have room to improve. We also won our first French cup game. I have been playing very well and I'm having fun playing with my teammates. The next couple of weeks will be tough. I suffered a back injury and a dislocated finger. So rest and treatment is in order [read more]
Win or go home- Oct.21, 2012  (by Eurobasket Center)

Many players and all Americans know this and if you don't you will find out quick . The game brings all of "us" players joy and we love the it. But there are things that can be fixed and we can start with clubs giving up on the import players so quick. We all know the local players almost never get released. The first ones to go are the imports (players from a different country then he is playing in) weather your having a good season or not if your team is losing you will be the escape goat [read more]
