Hello basketball fans , there are a few subject i would like to discuss. First of all the NBA is back and a lot of people have mix emotions. Some are excited , some are not. As far a i am concern its important to maintain goals , dreams , hopes, and fantasys. This is what the NBA brings to young players all over the world. To the young players out there who want to achieve those basketball dreams , the show must go on. Here in Lebanon we have break in our season has stopped so that the national teams may compete for Asian championships! The break was well needed and deserve for my club. Here at Antranik i have tried to instill a new attitude and perspective of basketball in Lebanon. Unfortunately we do have the funds to acquire the top level lebanese players in the league. But one thing we do have is a hard working attitude to the game, We are the hardest working team in the league. The history of Antranik goes back many years. My goal is simple to bring back the glory of those years. The game, this is something more players should think of when it comes to contracts , money or fame. Before all of those things there is the game , the aches , emotions, soreness , etc... Young and old players out there need to get back to the love of game! My Coaching quote of basketball is simple 'LIFE IS NOT A GAME , BUT BASKETBALL IS A LIFE'!! Think about it!! COACH 'A'

Hello basketball fans , alot of new in the professional world . The finals are in Lebanon and two quality teams are competing for there first titles. Although it was a lot of controversy , the final is proving to worthy of watching. The NBA is flying a all - time high. The two teams i have picked to go the finals are still alive and playing well. I am in Austria preparing for the my basketball camp. It will be a very good camp this year full of excitement and new training drills [read more] | |

I coached in this league for the past 2 years and each year it has gotten stronger and competitive. This one game should not label the rest of the league. I was impressed with the efforts of my team this pass week. Energy is the question , and how can i push out more of it. The measurement on coaching is very high when comes to your critics. What has amaze me is most critics of athletes or coaches never played there sports. This is like a common worker becoming a lawyer over night. Two different worlds. This is a crazy way of thinking and more important a creation of a bad mentality. To understand the life of an athlete or coach is by far understood better by another athlete or coach. For i am only human but blessed to have been in this sport for over 30+ years. This year was the worst year of my professional career and a disgrace at times. But through my faith i am realizing the gifts that God has given me is my way to give back to the game. This is my second season in Lebanon and i have learned so much about this league and mentality of the country. The players are competitive , lack fundamentals but very competitive. It really would be a good league if the referees were more consistent and clubs would build there youth programs on a bases of development for there future this league would be even better. So many players play one way for there careers without adding any new things to there game. Its sad and disappointing from a coaching stand point. Each year players should work weaknesses of there game to become complete. This should be the goal of player and coach!
