THE SEASON has really started. The off season is where champions are made. I like to say you write your checks I'm the off season and cash them in during the season. The gyms will be packed, players will compete to show who has progressed the most during the season. It's time to put it in over drive for the up coming season. Good Evening, America Good Morning across the world! It has been a while since I updated my blog so I just wanted to stop by and drop a few lines. This summer has been a great summer and I feel like a lot has been accomplished on my end. Two a day workouts, multiple diets, thousands of jumpshots, ball handling drills, defense drills and the list goes on and on. Good Evening, America Good Morning across the world! It has been a while since I updated my blog so I just wanted to stop by and drop a few lines. This summer has been a great summer and I feel like a lot has been accomplished on my end. Two a day workouts, multiple diets, thousands of jumpshots, ball handling drills, defense drills and the list goes on and on. With the NBA having a lockout the summer runs down in Houston has been pretty competitive. A lot of blood and sweat has been shed this off season in preparation for this upcoming season. I am extremely excited about the upcoming opportunities that will come with this season. With this being my fifth season overseas I have learned how to pace myself and prepare myself mentally as well as of physically for the upcoming season. I would say I can't wait to go on a vacation but I guess when you are overseas for 3/4 of the year being home is your vacation. Safe travels to everyone and just like most of the ball players around the world I am ancious to see what country and what next season has in store. I can tell you it's only April and I can't wait.
