Any ideas for the Dunk Contest? - Mar 27, 2011

We won our last game against Ironi Kfar Hamaccabia Ramat Gan. We started hot and built an early 15 point lead. Throughout the game Ironi Kfar Hamaccabia Ramat Gan made a couple good runs fueled by my boy from Jersey Albert Fisher (184-G-86, college: Kent St.) and his 24 points but Kyle's 25, my 22 and 7 rebounds and Elad Hofman (192-G/F-85)s 16, 5 and 5 proved to much. We kept control of the game and won by 20.

Getting ready to close out the season strong. Two tough tests left before the playoffs start. next on the schedule is Megido. This is an interesting match up because our new big man Kyle Wilson (206-F-83, college: Wichita St.) and Megido's foreigner Ramon Clemente (200-F-85, agency: Global Sports Plaza, college: Wichita St.) both went to Witchita State and its the battle versus young and old. Hahaa I'm not calling Kyle old but he finished his Witchita career before Clemente got there. So Tuesday has some interesting underlying battles to look for.

I just got a call about doing the dunk contest for the all-star game. It's funny because I thought at first um, nah I'm tired I don't feel like doing all that but then said yeah, sure I'll do it. I guess I should call myself old now. hahaha So that just added a little more excitement to the all-star day. After the next game that leaves me a couple days to plan out some dunks. Anyone have any ideas for me? Leave a comment.

I hope everyone else's bracket is doing better than mine. My college bracket is screwed. I have one team left in my bracket, Kansas. The bad thing is I have them losing to Ohio State in the final. My second chance bracket is pretty much over too. Mainly because I can never be convinced on Butler. Now that Butler knocked out Florida I'm going to finally give in to the Butler magic and not be shocked if they win. They better not disappoint me now.

Talk to you next week, Your favorite blogger,

Chad Timberlake (194-G-84, college: Fairleigh Dickinson)

Can we bring history to Ashkelon? Final Four? #playoffs- May.13, 2012  (by Eurobasket Center)

Whats up everybody? I am finally feeling motivated to write a new blog. Although the season is nearing its end, the current moment is what it's all about. When the season starts, you go to practice after practice, run sprint after sprint, play game after game just to arrive to the playoffs with the hopes of accomplishing a chip [read more]
Playoff Hunt- Mar.23, 2012  (by Eurobasket Center)

The season is coming to an end soon and my team and I find ourselves fighting for a playoff spot. After we started the season 0-6, it was hard for me early on to see us in this position, during this part of the season. We have worked very hard and at the same time, had deal with a lot of injuries as a team! More than just a couple of guys have been injured, from season ending to something as simple and common as a cold [read more]
Being The Best You Can Be...- Mar.7, 2012  (by Eurobasket Center)

Everyday when I wake up I thank God for allowing me to see another day and to live in his beautiful world, then I think to myself how can I be the best man I can be today? I dont always make the right choices and actually a lot of times I make the wrong ones but thats where you have to ask for forgiveness and for God to show you the right way. I dont see how people can go through there lives each and everyday having an attitude or not being grateful for the blessings of life [read more]
