well its been a minute and i promise i will get better at keeping up with this blog now since i got my daily routine going now. As many know the BBL season has started and we are off to a 1-1 start here in Trier so far. After a dissapointing first game against Gottingen we got our first win almost a week later against Tubingen. Thursday we play our 3rd home game in a row and it will be another test again against MBC... I am personally looking forward to it because in the first two games from a personal perspective. It is a good thing that we have a win under our belt, but at the same time I know I could personally play better and am a little discouraged with my play. It is a very long season and the most important thing to do is to stay focused and find a way to get it going. So far everything has been great in Trier, the coaching staff, my teammates have made the transistion so easy. Training camp went by fast and the days are flying by each day. Its kinda crazy knowing that it is practically the end of October in another two weeks away. Im getting into a routine which consist of two practices a day. The mid day is usually a time where I can relax and get the me time that I need to get ready for the evening practice. As far as off the court activities those are kind of limited right now because I am not able to drive right now but the city of Trier is one of the nicest scenic cities I have played in by far. I stay a little bit outside of downtown (10 minute walk and please believe walking is becoming a regular) but there is a river and there is two sides to the city which the river seperates. The downtown area is a good size with lots of shopping places and you also have the infamous Porta Nigra which is a great site to see as well. It is really a great scenic city and I really like it here. Well thats about it going on in my world at the moment, but now since I got my routine I'm gonna get at you guys more often... anyhow, its been fun as usual and I will talk to you guys soon... blog is maintained by John Bynum (191-G-78, agency: Scorers 1st Sportmanagement, college: Metro St.)

Heading back to the states...awaiting the next chapter- Apr.9, 2012  (by Eurobasket Center)

So the season has finally come to an end. Although we had a strong second half of the year we were unable to do all that we wanted to do. I think I had a solid first year individually but always think I could have done better. I am already looking forward to see where we will be next season. I definitely had a blast in my first season overseas. I made a lot of friends, saw a lot of places, improved different aspects of my game and opened myself up to new experiences [read more]

I'm 34 and your point is.....- Apr.5, 2012  (by Eurobasket Center)

So a close friend of mine the other day asked me what do you do want to do when you finish playing basketball? I thought for a second, and I really didnt have a clear answer or anything I could really say back to him. It is sort of funny cause my whole life I have been playing this game that I grew up to love and to be honest it is almost that time where I need to make that decision [read more]
Trying to finish strong- Feb.20, 2012  (by Eurobasket Center)

Whats up everyone. Its been awhile since my last post so I wanted to fill everyone in. Recently we have been playing much better and have a legit shot to stay in Pro A despite the fact that a lot of people had no doubt at all we would move down to pro A due to lack of experienced players. This is understandable considering starting the season we were the only team in the league without 1 player who had pro A experience [read more]
